Lundin Mining Corp. (TSX:LUN, AMEX:LMC) has appointed Mikael Schauman its vice-president of marketing, to be based in Stockholm.

Schauman was previously senior trader at Mitsui & Co. Metals (U.S.A.), Inc.

Lundin is an active explorer for minerals and a producer of base metals. Its head office is in Vancouver and its executive management team in Stockholm.

Sierra Wireless (TSX:SW, Nasdaq:SWIR) has promoted Steve Blaine to senior VP of engineering.

Blaine joined Sierra in 1999, and in 2002 was appointed VP of engineering .

Sierra develops and markets wireless communications products. It is headquartered in Richmond with additional offices in Carlsbad, Calif., London and Hong Kong.

EnWave Corp. (TSXV:ENW) has appointed manufacturing veteran John McNicol to share the role of CEO with the company's founder and become its new president as it refocuses development strategy.

McNicol takes over as president from Tim Durance, who will shift to the role of chairman. Both men will work in co-CEO roles.

McNicol previously worked with Merfin International Inc. and Concert Industries Ltd.

EnWave began as a spinoff of the University of British Columbia, with a focus on dehydrating biological materials with radiant-energy vacuum (REV) technology. Plans are for the Vancouver company to continue the search for further REV applications in the biotechnology field and exit its developments in the retail food market.

Mining veteran Allen Gordon has joined Northland Resources Inc. (TSXV:NAU) as VP of business development. He will also have managerial responsibility for exploration programs in Norrbotten and Finnish Lapland.

Northland is a junior exploration company with a portfolio of iron, gold and base-metal projects in Sweden and Finland. Its head office is in Vancouver.

Southwestern Resources Corp. (TSX:SWG) has appointed Alex Losada-Calderon to the position of VP of exploration as of Feb. 25. He comes from Ausenco Ltd.

Southwestern is a Vancouver-based mineral exploration company engaged in the exploration of gold, silver and base-metal properties in China and Peru.

In conjunction with the merger of Wolf Medical Systems and National Medical Solutions, Jeff Wigmore, formerly president and CEO of NMS, has become president of NMS operations and VP of corporate development with Wolf.

The companies will operate as Wolf Medical Systems, with corporate headquarters in the Vancouver area. Wolf will also continue to operate the NMS offices in Calgary.

Wolf says no other changes are planned to its management team.

Wolf provides electronic medical records software for physician offices and medical clinics across Canada.

TIO Networks Corp. (TSXV:TNC), an automated bill payment and financial services kiosk network, has hired Randy Overturf as TIO's new COO. He succeeds James Sanders.

Overturf comes to Burnaby-based TIO from Mediaport Entertainment Inc.

The Vancouver Economic Development Commission (VEDC) has promoted Tanja McQueen to CEO, replacing Melinda Entwistle.

McQueen joined the VEDC in 2005 as director of business development.

The VEDC offers economic development services to increase the number of businesses, jobs and tax base in Vancouver.

Guillermo Pensado has been promoted by Calypso Acquisition Corp. (TSXV:CLP) to VP of exploration. He was previously exploration manager for the Calypso subsidiary Energia Mineral SA.

James Grinnell, CGA, is the new CFO of Rainy River Resources Ltd. (TSXV:RR). Marshall Bertram and Rob Dickenson have stepped down as the company's CFO and treasurer, respectively.

Rainy River is a Vancouver mining exploration company focused on the Rainy River greenstone belts near Kenora, Ont.

Visiphor Corp. (TSXV:VIS) says its CFO and COO has resigned to pursue other business opportunities. Wayne Smith will remain during a transition period of two months and then will serve as a consultant to the company.

Sunil Amin, CGA, has been appointed acting CFO. He has been with the company since August 2006 as controller.

Visiphor sells software products and services that integrate business processes and databases. Its corporate office is in Burnaby.

Endeavour Silver Corp. (TSX:EDR, AMEX:EXK) and Canarc Resource Corp. (TSX:CCM) have made some changes to their management and operations teams.

John Watkin assumes the position of Endeavour's CFO. He was most recently CFO and commercial manager of Barrick Gold's Porgera gold mine.

Philip Yee has resigned as Endeavour's CFO and VP of finance, but remains in his position as CFO with Canarc.

Bruce Bried has resigned his position of VP of mining for both Endeavour and Canarc to take on the role of president and COO for Canarc. Dave Drips, VP of Mexico operations, has assumed many of Bried's operational responsibilities.

Jack McClintock has resigned as Canarc's president and COO to pursue other opportunities in the exploration sector.

Garry Biles will join Canarc as VP of mining and GM of the New Polaris gold project, effective March 1. He was most recently GM of the Bellavista gold mine for Glencairn Gold.

Endeavour is a silver-mining company focused on Mexico. Canarc is a gold exploration company with plans to transition into a more integrated mining company. The two companies share Vancouver headquarters.
