Tremblay is Saxon's new president and COO. He has been a private businessman since leaving Precision Drilling in June 2005.
McNulty has been appointed senior VP of finance and CFO of Saxon. He was most recently senior VP of operations finance for Precision.
Braun has been appointed VP of operations for Saxon. He was most recently VP for the Western Hemisphere following the re-organization of Precision Drilling International.
As well, Gordon Skulmoski has been appointed manager of business development and special projects, while Jim Howdle will take over responsibilities of operations manager.
With corporate offices in Calgary, Saxon provides oil and gas well-drilling services and tool-rental services to oil and gas companies in Ecuador.
Paul Myers has been appointed to the position of executive VP and chief operating officer for Esprit Energy Trust.
Most recently, Myers was VP of Alaska and Gulf of Mexico exploration and production for Encana Corp.
Esprit (TSX:EEE.UN, EEE.DB) is a Calgary-based natural gas-weighted income trust.
Longford Corp. (TSXV:LFD) has appointed David Walters as president, CEO and a member of the board of directors. The appointment follows the resignation of Don Parker, who will remain on the board.
Walters comes from WATT Energy Ltd. Partnership II and WATT Energy Ltd. Partnership III, where he was managing director.
Longford is a Canadian junior resource company focused on exploring for and developing North American oil and gas assets.
