New Flyer Industries Inc. (TSX:NFI.UN) named Paul Soubry as the company's next president and chief executive. Soubry will take over from John Marinucci, who is retiring on Jan. 19. Marinucci is expected to remain a member of the board and a senior executive with the bus manufacturing company until the end of March during the transition process. Soubry was president and chief executive of Standard Aero from 2007 to August 2008.

Craig Wireless Systems Ltd. (TSX:CWG) has promoted Wesley Thiessen to CFO. Thiessen was named interim CFO last January and VP of finance in June. Based in Winnipeg, Craig and its affiliates offer telecommunications services.

IMRIS Inc. (TSX:IM) says Ron Sabourin, its executive VP for business development and former CFO, is replacing Derek Reimer as CFO. It said Reimer has resigned for personal reasons. IMRIS provides surgical imaging solutions. Its head office is in Winnipeg.

Kyle Kozuska has been appointed interim president and CEO of Star Uranium Corp. (TSXV:SUV), Shane Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SEI) and United Uranium Corp. (TSXV:UUC), all headquartered in Saskatoon. Kozuska is the president and portfolio manager of Paradigm Portfolio Management Corp. Star acquires uranium, diamond and base-metal properties in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Shane is focused on developing mineral resource properties either directly or through joint ventures. United Uranium, previously United Carina Resources Corp., holds claims to mineral rights in the Athabasca Basin.
