Randal Oliver, chairman and portfolio manager, has taken on the role of CIO.

Robert Morin has joined Norex Exploration Services Inc. (TSX:NRX) as vice-president of finance and CFO. Morin was most recently the VP of finance of Newalta Corp.
He replaces Bharat Mahajan, who has resigned but is providing transition services.
Norex and its divisions provide land-based seismic data acquisition services in North America. Its head office is in Calgary.
PrimeWest Energy Trust (TSX:PWI.UN; NYSE:PWI) says Dennis Feuchuk, vice-president of finance and chief financial officer, is resigning as of July 6 to pursue new business ventures.
He will be succeeded by Douglas Fraser as of June 1. Fraser was most recently VP and CFO of Husky Energy.
For the period June 1 to July 6, Feuchuk will remain on staff with PrimeWest in an advisory capacity.
PrimeWest is a Calgary-based conventional oil and gas royalty trust.
Oromonte Resources Inc. (TSXV:ORR) has appointed Jim Brander as CFO. He had been an independent consultant since 1999.
Oromonte is a Calgary-based mineral exploration company with properties in Ecuador.
Mary Kay Axford has joined Redcliffe Exploration Inc. (TSXV:RXI.A, RXI.B) as controller. Redcliffe is a Calgary-based energy company focused on the Pembina and Peace River Arch areas of Alberta.
John Loewen, a director of Marauder Resources East Coast Inc. (TSXV:MES), has accepted the position of interim company CFO. Loewen is the CEO of Loewen & Partners Corporate Services Inc.
Marauder is an emerging energy company focused on offshore Nova Scotia. It is based in Calgary.
William Koehn is resigning as VP of operations and chief operating officer of North American Energy Partners Inc. (NAEPI) effective July 31.
A search for his successor is underway.
NAEPI (TSX:NOA, NYSE: NOA) provides mining and site preparation, piling and pipeline installation services in Western Canada. Its corporate office is in Acheson.
Eveready Income Fund (TSX:EIS.UN) has appointed Darren Stevenson as Eveready's chief financial officer, effective May 10. Stevenson will succeed John Stevens, who is resigning from this role but will join the Edmonton company's board of trustees.
Stevenson has held various financial positions with a publicly traded oilfield services company over the past 14 years.
Eveready provides various services to the energy, resource and manufacturing sectors.
David King, president and COO of RenoWorks Software Inc. (TSXV:RW), is resigning as of June 30 to pursue new startup opportunities in the field of alternative energy systems.
Calgary-based RenoWorks develops and markets digital-imaging software for the new-home construction and remodelling industries.
Acceleware Corp. (TSXV:AXE) has appointed Robert Miller as VP of marketing and product management. Miller was most recently the VP of marketing for the XMetaL division of Blast Radius.

Karl Smith has succeeded Philip Hughes, now retired, as president and CEO of FortisAlberta Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortis Inc. (TSX:FTS).
Smith was previously president and CEO of Fortis subsidiary Newfoundland Power Inc. since 2004.
FortisAlberta is an electric distribution company with approximately 430,000 customers and more that 104,000 km of power lines.
Anglo Minerals Ltd. (TSXV:ALM) has engaged Corey Giasson as VP of business development and investor relations. Giasson comes from PotashCorp, where he was market research manager.

Cascadia International Resources Inc. (TSXV:CJ) has appointed Richard Osmond as president and COO. Osmond comes from Anglo American, where he was the senior geophysicist for North America and Europe.

Veteran oilpatch executive Clive Mather is leaving the top spot at major oil player Shell Canada Ltd. (TSX: SHC), as the company's Dutch parent completes a privatization of its publicly traded Canadian subsidiary.
Mather has spent almost three years as the president and chief executive of Calgary-based Shell Canada, capping a career lifetime of 38 years with Shell.
Mather will retire in June, when Royal Dutch Shell's director of strategy and business development takes the reins of the Canadian subsidiary.
Adrian Loader will manage a joint team of Shell Canada and Royal Dutch executives based in Calgary to oversee the integration process, expected to wrap up by the end of the year.
Resin Systems Inc. (TSX:RS) says Cheryl FitzPatrick, senior VP of sales and marketing, has retired.
RS manufactures composite products for large-scale industrial markets from its Calgary headquarters.

Gordon Case, VP of finance and CFO, and Edwin Beaman, VP of engineering and production, have retired from Tusk Energy Corp. (TSX:TSK) subsequent to the merger of Tusk with Zenas Energy Corp on Jan. 1. Hal Metcalfe has been appointed interim CFO.
Tusk is a Calgary-based energy developer focused on the northwestern part of the Western Sedimentary Basin.
Brian Stainthorpe has joined Mirage Energy Ltd. (TSXV:MGE) as VP of operations. He comes with more than 21 years of oil and gas experience, most recently consulting as a completions and operations specialist. In other company news, Richard Boswell has resigned as VP of land and business development to pursue other opportunities, but will remain as a director.

PetroWorth Resources Inc. (CNQ:PTWR) has named Amy Stephenson its new CFO and a director. Stephenson was most recently an equity research analyst with e-Research, focusing on the mining sector and special situations.

Berens Energy Ltd. (TSX:BEN) has named Allen Schink to the position of senior VP of exploration.
