The president and CEO of the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce has been elected president of the Chamber of Commerce Executives of Canada, which represents 120 chamber executives from across the country. Dave Angus has been with the Winnipeg chamber since 1999.
Chuck Davidson, director of public affairs for the Winnipeg chamber, has been promoted to vice-president of policy and communications.
Lorne Green, CA, has been named CFO of Wescan Goldfields Inc. (TSXV:WGF). Green was most recently VP of finance and CFO of International Road Dynamics Inc.
Wescan's head office is in Saskatoon.
TRLabs has promoted Jeff Rohne, a technology industry veteran, to VP of administration.
Rohne, who joined TRLabs in 2004, will retain the title of director Manitoba operations, managing day-to-day operations and the research program at TRLabs' facility in Winnipeg.
TRLabs creates innovative technologies and trains students in the ICT field from labs in Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Regina and Winnipeg.
