Hatim Zaghloul has resigned his positions as board chairman and director of Wi-LAN, the company he co-founded in 1992. Last month he resigned his executive responsibilities with Wi-LAN.
Zaghloul has been replaced by Bill Hews as chairman. Hews, a board member since April 2000, was president of Wi-LAN from 1999 to 2001. Hews is president of Fideliter Inc., a private investment company, and he serves on various corporate boards.

Rally Energy Corp. has made some executive changes.
Doug Brown has become the vice-president of production and engineering, responsible for international and Canadian production operations. Brown previously provided technical consulting services to Rally Energy.
John McLeod has resigned from the position of vice- president of operations, but continues to sit as a director.
Based in Calgary, Rally Energy (TSXV:RAL, FWB:RLE) is an oil and gas exploration, development and production company active in Egypt, Canada and Pakistan.
Storm Cat Energy has named a new chief financial officer.
Paul Wiesner replaces interim CFO Chris Dyakowski, who has become chief administrative officer.
Storm Cat Energy (TSXV:SME) is an exploration company focused on unconventional natural gas reserves.
Arapahoe Energy Corp. of Calgary has named Jeffrey Standen its chief executive officer and president.
Arapahoe (TSXV:AAO) is engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in Western Canada.
Muskox Minerals Corp. has appointed Feisal Somji as president and chief executive officer. He replaces Roger Morton, who has resigned the positions but will continue to serve as a director.
Somji will serve as interim CFO while the company conducts an external search.
Meanwhile, Harry McGucken has been appointed chief operating officer. William Dynes has resigned as the vice-president of exploration, but will continue to serve as a director and as a consulting geologist.
Calgary-based Muskox Minerals (TSXV:MSK) is exploring for minerals in British Columbia and Nunavut.
