Boyd Group Income Fund (TSX:BYD.UN) says that CEO Terry Smith is recovering from physical injuries sustained in a recreational accident and resulting corrective surgery.
Smith is expected to fulfil his principal duties during a two- or three-month recuperation and then return to work full time. President and COO Brock Bulbuck will assist in his work while Smith recuperates. The Boyd Group is a large operator of collision repair centres in North America, in the four Western provinces mostly as Boyd Autobody & Glass and Service Collision Repair, and in seven U.S. states mostly as Gerber Collision & Glass. Gossan Resources Ltd. (TSXV:GSS) says it has appointed Carmello Marrelli as CFO and corporate secretary. Marrelli is a CA and a CGA. He is president of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a corporate services firm, and is also CFO of several other public junior mining companies. Richard Stefanyshyn has resigned as CFO and corporate secretary to concentrate on his legal business, Gossan said in a release. Gossan Resources Ltd. is a mineral explorer and developer in Manitoba and northwestern Ontario. Its head office is in Winnipeg.

Point2 Technologies Inc. has promoted Zach Scott to COO and Aidan Rogers to chief technology officer. Scott was formerly CTO and Rogers was development manager.
