Iradesso Communications Corp. of Calgary has merged with Bryan Mills Group Ltd. of Toronto to create Bryan Mills Iradesso.
Bryan Mills Group has been in business for three decades, while Iradesso was founded six years ago by Peter Knapp, who becomes president of the new entity.
"We're excited to be joining forces with Iradesso Communications," said Nancy Ladenheim, now chairman and CEO of Bryan Mills Iradesso. "The combined talents of our two offices will allow us to better serve our growing client base across Canada and the United States."
The new firm retains all 50 communications professionals in its Toronto and Calgary offices. The merger creates a national provider of full-service investor relations and integrated communications.
