Mining and energy industries veteran Mark Hart is joining West Hawk Development Corp. as a director and COO. Hart has also accepted the position of director, president and CEO of Northern Clean Fuels Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of West Hawk.
In addition, Christopher Verrico, the company's executive VP, has agreed to take the position of CEO of West Hawk. Michael Townsend remains president and board chair.

Peer 1 Network Enterprises, Inc. says Geoffrey Hampson has tendered his resignation as CEO and president to pursue other opportunities. Hampson has agreed to make himself available to assist Peer 1 over the next year.
