Edmonton-based Indicator Minerals has named David Kelsch as vice- president of exploration.

Kelsch has focused on diamond exploration for the past 12 years, most recently as a consultant for a range of diamond exploration companies.

Indicator (IME-TSXV) is exploring more than six million acres of targeted ground in the eastern Arctic.

Debra Ford is the new director of marketing for Calgary-based International Health Partners Inc.

Ford has communications and senior marketing management experience including past roles with multinational consumer products companies.

International Health Partners (IHP-TSXV) is a provider of practice management and business support services to dental and medical offices.

Darryl Levy has been appointed president, western region, for Toronto-based Rogers Wireless.

Levy previously served as president of the midwest region with responsibility for business in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and northwestern Ontario. He will add Alberta and British Columbia to his expanded management portfolio.

Levy joined Rogers in 1994 as vice-president and general manager for the midwest region.

Rogers Wireless Communications Inc. (RCM.B-TSX; RCN-NYSE) operates Canada’s largest integrated wireless voice and data network.

Harold Kinasewich has assumed the post of president and chief executive officer of Edmonton-based technology firm SEAIR Inc.

In assuming the new role, he will resign his post as chief financial officer. He replaces Cristopher Crutcher, who has left the company (SDS-TSXV).

Kinasewich is a founding developer of SEAIR Inc.’s patented technology. SEAIR is engaged in the development, manufacture and sales of its proprietary diffusion and sterilization technologies

Brian Baker has been named vice-president of finance and chief financial officer of Aquest Energy (AEX-TSX).

Baker was most recently a partner at Collins Barrow Calgary LLP, where he worked for more than a decade.

Aquest is a Calgary-based company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas.

Wellco Energy Services Inc. has made a string of senior appointments.

The Calgary-based firm (WLL.UN-TSX) has named Robert Knoll as interim chief executive officer. He replaces Earl Lewis, who was the company’s CEO and CFO.

As well, Corey Zahn is the new chief financial officer and vice-president of finance; Chris Afseth takes the post of VP of directional and horizontal drilling operations; and Barry Jesske becomes VP of sales and marketing.

Zahn was previously senior manager with KPMG LLP for 10 years, while Afseth spent the past decade overseeing horizontal and directional drilling operations in Canada and abroad.

Jesske has more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, most recently with a multinational oilfield services organization.

Wellco is an income trust that provides a range of oilfield products and services to the Canadian energy industry.
