Great Western Minerals Group Ltd. has hired Miron Shamban as vice-president of marketing and technology for its wholly owned Great Western Technologies Inc.
Shamban brings more than 14 years of experience in supplying high-tech solutions to the demand for rare-earth and refractory metals, and specialty alloys. Great Western Technologies produces a variety of specialty alloys for use in the battery, magnet, automotive and aerospace industries. GWMG's head office is in Saskatoon.
Titan Uranium Inc. (TSXV:TUE, TUE.WT.A) has appointed Brian Reilly as president. For the past 11 years, he has worked with Areva Resources Canada in various capacities in Canada and France. Saskatoon-based Titan has more than 1.4 million acres of claims in the proven Athabasca and prospective Thelon Basins.
