Offshore Systems International Ltd. (TSX:OSI, OTCBB:OFSYF) has promoted Kenneth Kirkpatrick as president and chief executive officer. Kirkpatrick succeeds John Jacobson, who has left OSI to pursue other opportunities.

Kirkpatrick has been with OSI since May 2001, serving most recently as chief operating officer.

Based in North Vancouver, Offshore Systems makes geographic intelligence software, systems and data products mainly for large government and civilian customers.

Wayne Nygren, the president and CEO of Credit Union Central of British Columbia, says he will retire in April 2006.

Nygren, 60, joined Central in 1981. He was appointed president and CEO in 1985.

Central is the umbrella organization for B.C. credit unions, providing wholesale financial and trade association services.

Mark Sampson has resigned as president and CEO of IP Applications Corp. (TSXV: IPX), a provider of outsourced Internet solutions. Sampson will continue as a member of the board.

Neil McDonnell has been appointed as interim president and CEO. He was previously the chief operating officer of MDSI Mobile Data Solutions Inc.

IP's corporate office is in New Westminster.

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corp.'s chief financial officer Matthew Hoogendoorn has recently assumed more responsibilities with Clearly's financial partner BG Capital Group, and no longer acts as the former's CFO. While Clearly looks for a new CFO, Brent Lokash, Clearly's president, will assume the position of interim CFO.

Battery & Wireless Solutions Inc. (TSXV:BWS) has made some management changes.

Michael Bartlett has been appointed as CEO, while president Les Granholm continues in that position and assumes the role of COO.

BWS is one of Canada's largest independent distributors of battery and battery-related products. Corporate headquarters are in New Westminster.

Mundoro Mining Inc. (TSX:MUN) has appointed Patrick Powers as Mundoro's vice-president for China.

A resident of Beijing, Powers has for the last six years held the position of VP of China operations for the U.S.-China Business Council.

Mundoro is a Vancouver-based resource company focused on the exploration and development of a gold project in Liaoning Province, China.

Precision Assessment Technology Corp., which does environmental sampling, decontamination and monitoring, has appointed a restructuring veteran to oversee its operations.

Steve Numata, who becomes Precision's president and CEO, has more than 25 years of experience in strategic investments, finance, planning and operational restructuring, the company said.

Precision's former president, founder Mike Casey, will assume a business development role.

Precision (TSX:PDT) has its corporate office in Vancouver.

International PBX Ventures Ltd. of Vancouver has made a change at the top with the appointment of Peter Hooper as the company's new president and CEO.

International PBX says Hooper is a mining engineer with experience in all aspects of the industry.

William Koble has resigned his position as president and a director to allow for this appointment. He will resume his duties as VP of corporate development.

Both men will be based in Toronto.

International PBX (TSXV:PBC) is a mineral exploration company focused on properties in Chile.

Parsons returns to Imperial after four years with Tercon Enterprises.

Romarco Minerals Inc. (TSXV:R) has appointed Tommy Thompson to the position of VP of exploration.

Thompson has had a long career in both academia and as a geological consultant in the mining industry. He has been a chief consulting geologist and a project geologist for Romarco.

Romarco Minerals Inc. is a junior exploration company focused on acquiring precious metals assets primarily in North and South America.
