Warren Bates has been appointed vice-president of exploration at the company's corporate office in Oakville.
Most recently he worked for Granges Inc. and its successor company, Vista Gold Inc., in various roles.

Camilion Solutions, Inc. has appointed Ross Orrett as president and CEO. Orrett has been an independent member of Camilion's board of directors since February, and previously headed AbovePlan Corp., a software company he founded that has now been acquired by Camilion.
Camilion provides product lifecycle management solutions for the financial services industry. The privately owned company is headquartered in Toronto.
Four Seasons Hotels Inc. (TSX:FSH.SV; NYSE:FS) has promoted John Davison, a senior Four Seasons executive, to the position of chief financial officer. Davison replaces Douglas Ludwig, who is stepping down as CFO in order to take early retirement.
Davison joined Four Seasons in 2002 after a 14-year career with IMAX Corp.
With corporate offices in Toronto, Four Seasons has 65 hotels in 29 countries.
John Yates, president and CEO of Jaguar Nickel Inc., has retired but will continue as a member of the board of directors of the company.
Richard Weizenbach has been appointed executive vice-president and chief operating officer. He has been directing Jaguar's activities in Guatemala for the past five months.

Toronto-based St. Joseph Communications has made three new appointments in its media division.
Donna Clark becomes president of St. Joseph Media. She was most recently with Rogers Media.
Sharon McAuley joins St. Joseph Media as vice-president and group publisher of Toronto Life and Saturday Night magazines. She comes from Transcontinental Media.
Kenneth Maclean is the new vice-president of interactive media services. His background is in integrated marketing.
Tiberon Minerals Ltd. (TSX:TBR) of Toronto has appointed Trevor Moss as operations VP. The mining company says Moss has more than 25 years in the industry.
