Bear Mountain Resort has new faces in its management team.
Stephen Webb has become the vice-president of resort operations. Webb is a hospitality and tourism professional who has held senior management positions in both chain operations and independently owned hotels.
Colin Mantell has become the hotel manager. He comes from the Hotel Grand Pacific where he held various positions.
Peter Bruyere has become the director of resort sales. Most recently he was the group sales manager with the Fairmont Empress in Victoria.
Located near Victoria, Bear Mountain Resort is a master-planned community built around a golf course.
Electra Gold Ltd. has accepted the resignation of Saskatchewan-based Harvey Bay as Electra's chief financial officer.
Sara Lee Glover has been appointed in his place to the CFO position. She brings years of experience managing businesses, particularly in the hotel/hospitality and NGO sectors, to Electra.

Xantrex Technology Inc. has made some management changes.
Nazir Mulji has been named the vice-president of business development; Christopher Thompson the VP of engineering and product development; and Bernd Kohlstruck the VP of wind business.
Mulji was one of Xantrex's founding employees in 1983 and has held a variety of executive positions since then.
Thompson was previously a senior associate with FA Technology Ventures of Albany, N.Y.
Kohlstruck, a power electronics engineer, joined Xantrex in 2001.
