CML Healthcare Income Fund (TSX:LC.UN) has appointed chief financial officer Paul Bristow as president and COO.
Bristow will retain responsibility for the CFO function until a replacement is found.
The Mississauga-based fund is an unincorporated open-ended trust that owns CML Healthcare, which provides lab-testing services in Ontario and private medical-imaging services in Canada.
Geoinformatics Exploration Inc. (TSXV:GXL) has appointed Mark Stewart and Darren Holden to the posts of vice-president for corporate development and vice-president for geoscience.
Stewart joined the company in 2003 while Holden has been with Geoinformatics for eight years.
Geoinformatics is an Oakville-based global resources exploration company.
Ivernia Inc. (TSX:IVW) has announced the appointment of Mario Stifano as VP and CFO.
Stifano, 34, is an accountant and was most recently vice-president of finance for IA Sciences Inc.
Toronto-based Ivernia is an international mining and exploration company.
First Nickel Inc. of Toronto (TSX:FNI) has made two executive appointments.
Joseph Del Campo is now CFO. He has been a director, financial VP and CFO of several junior exploration companies.
Paul Davis has been appointed exploration vice-president. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in nickel exploration, most recently with Outokumpu Mines Ltd.
Icefloe Technologies Inc. has appointed former investment banker David Elliott as its chief financial officer and executive VP.
He joins the company from Orion Securities Inc., formerly Yorkton Securities.

Thistle Mining Inc. (TSX:THT, AIM:TMG) of Toronto has announced that following completion of its restructuring, the new board has appointed Gerrit Maritz Kennedy as CEO and Andreas Johanness Graetz as CFO.
Kennedy has been the VP and head of operations at Goldfields' Kloof Gold Mine. Graetz has been involved in various financial and technical management positions for Placer Dome Inc. for more than a decade.
Veteran city employee Brenda Breault has been named commissioner of corporate services by the City of Mississauga, after being acting commissioner since February 2004.
Breault has worked for the city since 1979.
Chris Clark has been elected as the new chief executive officer and Canadian senior partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Canada (PwC).
Clark assumes the position held for the past four years by Kevin Dancey, who will remain with the firm for several months to assist with the transition.
Clark most recently served as a national managing partner for the Canadian firm.
Jodi Peake has been named investor relations vice-president at Tiberon Minerals Ltd. (TSX:TBR). Peake replaces Sean Stokes, who left for another opportunity in the mining sector.
Tiberon has its head office in Toronto and produces tungsten, acid-grade fluorspar, bismuth, copper and gold.
John Hunkin will retire as chief executive of CIBC on Aug. 1 after 36 years at the Canadian bank.
Gerry McCaughey, 49, current president and chief operating officer, will succeed Hunkin and become a member of the board of directors, said the Toronto-based bank.
