Arctic Glacier Income Fund (TSX:AG.UN) has appointed Keith McMahon as president and CEO of Arctic Glacier Inc., the fund's operating company. He succeeds Robert Nagy, who is retiring.

Douglas Bailey, vice-president of accounting and corporate controller, will replace McMahon as CFO, and Frank Larson, senior VP of operations, will become executive VP of operations.

McMahon joined Arctic Glacier as CFO in 2001. Bailey joined Arctic Glacier as corporate controller in 2003.

The fund, through Arctic Glacier Inc., produces and distributes packaged ice in North America. Head office is in Winnipeg.

Golden Band Resources Inc. (GBN:TSXV) says that Klaus Lehnert-Thiel has resigned for health reasons as the company's VP of exploration. He will remain as a consultant.

Golden Band is focused on gold exploration and development of its La Ronge properties in northern Saskatchewan. Its head office is in Saskatoon.
