Derek Iles has been promoted to president of ING Insurance, a subsidiary of ING Canada. Iles joined ING in 1991 and was most recently executive VP for ING operations in Ontario and the western provinces.

Murphy joined Shoppers as chairman and CEO in 2001. Schreiber joined the company as president and COO last August, after working in the consumer packaged goods and retail sectors in Asia and Europe.
