Charles Raymond has stepped down as interim president and CEO of Proprietary Industries Inc. Raymond, who was with Proprietary for eight years, will remain a director of the company. He will be replaced on an interim basis by board chairman Stephen Akerfeldt.
Rodney Gibson, meanwhile, has resigned as interim chief operating officer, but will continue working with the corporation as a consultant.
Calgary-based Proprietary (PPI-TSX) is a principal merchant bank that owns, manages and deals in a portfolio of financial, natural resource and real estate interests.

Lindy Rollingson is the new chair of the Edmonton Capital Region Tourism Partnership (ECRTP). She takes over the helm of the 500-member industry association from outgoing chair Grant McCurdy.
Rollingson, president and CEO of the Alberta Restaurant & Foodservices Association, was a driving force behind the creation of the ECRTP four years ago and last year assumed the role of vice-chair.
Two new members have also been appointed to the ECRTP council. They are Don Grimble of the Kingsway Business Association and Dianne Allen of the Devonian Botanic Gardens.
Mark Nichols has been appointed director of business sales for Tourism Calgary.
Nichols will work with a team of sales professionals to sell Calgary and the surrounding area as a destination for meeting and convention clientele.

He has been involved in hospitality sales for the past 18 years. Most recently, Nichols was the director of sales and marketing for the Delta Bow Valley Hotel in Calgary.
Marina Geronazzo has joined Calgary-based public and investor relations firm In the Public Eye as senior account executive.
Geronazzo has more than 15 years of industry experience in sectors including manufacturing, construction, government and finance. Most recently, she was a director of Auckland, N.Z.-based communications and event management firm DGA Limited.
In the Public Eye provides strategic communications to private and public companies throughout Western Canada.
InterPipeline Fund has named Robert Fotheringham as its chief financial officer.
Fotheringham has more than 20 years’ experience in the energy industry and public accounting. Most recently, he was CFO at True North Energy Corporation.
Calgary-based InterPipeline (IPL.UN-TSX) is a publicly traded limited partnership that owns and operates four oil-gathering systems in southern Alberta and southwestern Saskatchewan.
