Gordon Turner, P. Geo., has been appointed to succeed Gregory Ewonus as president and chief executive officer of Ruby Red Resources Inc. (TSXV:RRX). Turner has been a company director since February 2007 and RRX's VP of exploration since January 2004. He will continue to direct the company's exploration activities. Antrim Energy Inc. (TSX:AEN) says Anthony Potter has given notice of his intention to resign as chief financial officer for personal reasons.

Ron Gagnon has joined Petrotranz Inc. as president. Gagnon, who retired from Plains Midstream Canada in 2005, had been involved with Petrotranz in an advisory role. The company's software streamlines the processes required in the transportation of crude oil from wellhead to market. It is headquartered in Calgary.
Jos De Smedt has been appointed the new CFO of Radar Acquisitions Corp. (TSXV:RAC), replacing Trent Fedak who has resigned to pursue other interests. De Smedt had been a business consulting partner with IBM Canada Global Business Services since 2002. Radar is focused on the acquisition and development of resources and resource-related technologies.

Eveready Income Fund (TSX: EIS.UN) is promoting Jason Vandenberg to CFO effective June 30. He succeeds Darren Stevenson, who is resigning to pursue an opportunity with a private company. Vandenberg currently is VP of finance. Eveready provides industrial and oilfield maintenance and production services to the energy, resource and industrial sectors. It is headquartered in Edmonton.
Resin Systems Inc. (TSX:RS) has hired Jim Leonidas as its CFO. Prior
to joining RS, Leonidas was CFO of AltaGas Utility Group Inc. RS develops advanced composite material products for infrastructure markets. Its head office is in Calgary.
