Gordon Turner, P. Geo., has been appointed to succeed Gregory Ewonus as president and chief executive officer of Ruby Red Resources Inc. (TSXV:RRX). Turner has been a company director since February 2007 and RRX's VP of exploration since January 2004. He will continue to direct the company's exploration activities. Ewonus has been appointed chairman of the board. Ruby Red explores for base and precious metals in the Fort Steele mining division of B.C. Its head office is in Calgary.

Antrim Energy Inc. (TSX:AEN) says Anthony Potter has given notice of his intention to resign as chief financial officer for personal reasons.

Potter will remain as acting CFO until Aug. 15 and thereafter provide services as needed for the transition. Antrim is a Calgary-based junior oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in the U.K. North Sea and Argentina.

Ron Gagnon has joined Petrotranz Inc. as president. Gagnon, who retired from Plains Midstream Canada in 2005, had been involved with Petrotranz in an advisory role. Jos De Smedt has been appointed the new CFO of Radar Acquisitions Corp. (TSXV:RAC), replacing Trent Fedak who has resigned to pursue other interests. De Smedt had been a business consulting partner with IBM Canada Global Business Services since 2002.
