Midway Gold Corp. has put Allan Branham at its helm. Branham brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the Vancouver-based company (MDW-TSXV).

Most recently, he was a senior geologist with Newmont Mining Corp.

Midway Gold Corp. is a gold exploration company developing two advanced exploration-stage properties in the state of Nevada.

John Fraser has been appointed vice-president of exploration for Vancouver-based Northern Lion Gold Corp. (NL-TSXV). Fraser has more than 30 years of industry experience including senior exploration management roles.

VantagePoint Systems, Inc. of Vancouver has named Michael Rusch as its chief financial officer.

He takes over from William Tonelli, who held the position for the past three years. Tonelli remains a director of the company (VPG-TSXV). Prior to joining VantagePoint, Rusch held various senior accounting positions.

VantagePoint develops and markets core business soft- ware designed for corrugated and folding carton-packaging manufacturing companies.

Precision Sampling Inc. has a new president and chief operating officer.

Mike Casey, founder of Precision Sampling, will be replacing Rick Needoba after he completes a one-year sabbatical.

Casey will also maintain his role as manager of business development.

Needoba has resigned for personal reasons, effective immediately. He remains available for consulting.

Precision Sampling is the main operating subsidiary of Precision Assessment Technology Corp. (PDT-TSX), which is an equipment operator that provides drilling services to the environmental and engineering consulting industries from offices in Vancouver, California, Florida and North Carolina.
