If you've been on a painstaking trek around Calgary in search of the perfect condo, take a load off your feet and your mind.
Just go to the gallery and relax.
That's Calgary's brand-new Millennium Condo Gallery, the Louvre of condo shopping where special guests – that’s you – are treated to a great cup of Starbucks coffee and a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere.
With the Condo Gallery as Calgary’s exclusive one-stop shop for condos, there’s no longer any need for condo buyers to waste valuable time on that hair-raising, cross-town condo milk run.
The Gallery streamlines the condo-shopping experience by showcasing a diverse range of condominium developments under one roof in the beautifully designed 2,400-sq.-ft. show centre at the corner of 11th Avenue and 4th Street S.W., easy walking distance from the downtown core.

| Millennium Condo Gallery creator and president Calvin Buss says the concept has been a huge hit with condo buyers. |
According to Condo Gallery creator and president Calvin Buss, the facility is the first of its kind in North America and, judging by the response, this was a concept that was long overdue for the Calgary market.
Condo buyers and developers have been stampeding to the Condo Gallery since it opened its in June and raving over its practicality, efficiency and buyer-friendly atmosphere.
“The feedback has been amazing,” says Buss, who is already planning to franchise the condo gallery concept in other major centres of North America.
"The buying public will always know where the condos are because we’re not moving every year.”
The Gallery accommodates all your condo buying needs, whether you’re in the market for a lifestyle property, an investment property or a resort property.
The Gallery has truly taken the condo-buying experience to a new level with an innovative shop that can handle as many as 25 display vignettes that provide buyers with a comprehensive package of information about details such as architecture, floor plans, price points, site plans, availability, etc.
The featured developments are all professionally marketed by Millennium Realty, including select properties such as The Wyngate of Pumphill, Versace of Bridgeland, Paradyme and Greystones in Lower Mount Royal, The colonade in Mission and 5West, the highest condo towers in the city’s downtown core.
The gallery also features properties in Canmore and British Columbia resort areas.
Besides the market for new condos, the Condo Gallery also accommodates the condo re-sale and rental markets and represents virtually every aspect of the market, including related services such as on-site mortgage centre for the Royal Bank.
The pulse of the centre is a state-of-the-art theatre with a big-screen television and a user-friendly web link, so buyers can take a leisurely online stroll through the local and international condo market.
“We felt the time was ripe to introduce to Calgary a centralized shopping centre for condominiums because everybody’s time is valuable and people want the buying process simplified,” says Buss, who is also president of Millennium Realty. “The Condo Gallery is designed to save the public time, help them better understand the condominium market and assist buyers in finding the condo or condos that are the best fit for them.”
Buss’s goal is to establish the Millennium Condo Gallery as the place to go for condo buyers.
“If you’re a buyer entering the marketplace, you’re going to know about the Condo Gallery as soon as you start your search because you’re going to see us in one media form or another. And once the buyer comes to the gallery the first day they enter the marketplace, then we have a very good chance of helping our developers sell their products.
“It’s a place where the buyer feels comfortable and I have the best sales people in Calgary presenting the information (including Barry Kozmyk, managing partner at the Millennium Condo Gallery and one of Canada’s top five realtors).
“Everything the buyer needs to know is explained to them in a professional and kind manner without any pressure. It’s a great place for the small developer to expose their properties, but the big developers love it as well.”
The Gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and noon to 5 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
And the Millennium Condo Gallery has also rolled out the red carpet to art connoisseurs.
To live up to its billing as the Louvre of condo shopping, the Condo Gallery is complementing its fine ‘condo art’ with fine works of art from Art Mode.
