Sargold Resource Corp. (TSXV:SRG) reports that George Paspalas has decided to step down from his role as president, COO and a director of Sargold. He remains an adviser to the company.
Sargold has appointed Monty Reed to the positions of senior VP and COO of Sargold, as well as chairman of company subsidiary Sardinia Gold Mining S.p.A. Reed, who comes from IAMGold, will be relocating to Sardinia in June .

Brian Trypka has stepped down as CEO and interim CFO of Macro Enterprises Inc. (TSXV:MCR) now that Macro has completed its transition to a public company.
Trypka was appointed chair and CEO in January 2006 following the acquisition of Macro Industries Ltd. by Fulcrum Capital I Ltd. pursuant to a reverse takeover transaction.
In January 2007, Trypka agreed to act as interim CFO. That position will now be filled by Keith Salmon, corporate controller of Macro Industries.
