McQuade, executive VP and chief information officer at Norfolk Southern Corp., joins Calgary-based CPR on June 1.

Their departures come as Royal Dutch Shell assumes full ownership of Calgary-based Shell Canada following its acquisition of the minority interest in the company.
Williams has worked for Shell for 22 years, while Kilgour has worked for Shell for more than 30 years.
