Brian Taschuk is the new president of Hammer Equipment Sales.

In his past three years with Hammer, Taschuk held executive roles including vice-president and chief operating officer.

He replaces company founder Matt Campbell, who will continue as chairman of the Calgary-based equipment distributor.

Jenkins is a co-founder of Pronghorn Controls Ltd., Octane’s electrical and instrumentation division.

Dave Guebert is the new chief financial officer and VP of finance for Cell-Loc Location Technologies Inc. (LTI-TSXV)

Guebert has 25 years of experience in financial, accounting and commercial roles in Calgary companies. He was previously CFO at Seminole Canada.

Calgary-based Cell-Loc is a developer of network-based wireless location products.

Dr. Nimr Arab has been hired as a consultant to oversee strategic planning and new business development for NXT.

Arab previously held senior positions in the Middle East with the Syrian Petroleum Company and the Saudi Ministry of Petroleum and Mineral Resources. Most recently, he oversaw exploration for Shell-Syria.

NXT is an oil and natural gas exploration company based in Calgary.

Highview is an oil and gas exploration company focused on prospects in eastern and southern Alberta.
