Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (TSX: CFW) says CFO Tom Medvedic will leave his post to become senior VP of corporate development next month. Laura Cillis will take over as CFO effective Nov. 17. Calfrac provides specialized oilfield services to exploration and production companies in Western Canada, the United States, Russia, Mexico and Argentina. Its head office is in Calgary.

NAL Oil & Gas Trust (TSX:NAE.UN) has added to its senior management team. New VP of business development John Koyanagi spent the last five years specializing in oil and gas transactions in M&A advisory firms. The Calgary trust generates monthly cash distributions by acquiring, developing and selling crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from pools across Canada.

Decision Dynamics Technology Ltd. (TSXV: DDY) has promoted acting CFO Kim Tremblay to CFO. Jason MacVicar has joined DDY as executive VP of sales. The company had reduced its management team from seven persons to three earlier this year.

Decision Dynamics provides operations management software for the energy industry. Its head office is in Calgary with a development office in Edmonton.

Duncan Chisholm has resigned as president, CEO and a director of Mahalo Energy Ltd. (TSX:CBM), but will continue in a consulting capacity until December 2009. James Burns, previously COO, becomes president and CEO and has been appointed to the board. David Burton, previously VP of engineering and business development, becomes COO. Calgary-based Mahalo recently completed the sale of four properties, using the proceeds to reduce bank debt. Mahalo is a junior, unconventional natural gas producer.

(TSXV: PIN), a provider of services and infrastructure that replace cash and cheque payments with electronic payment cards, says Jason Anderson has joined as VP of compliance, security and director of system operations. Anderson served most recently as director of engineering services with a provider of cryptographic solutions. Pay Linx is headquartered in Edmonton.

Circa Enterprises Inc. (TSX:CTO) has appointed Cory Tamagi to the position of VP finance and CFO.

Tamagi was most recently CFO of Mainstreet Equity Corp. Calgary-based Circa is a specialty manufacturer that focuses on surge protection and related equipment primarily for the telecom industry.

Mainstreet Equity Corp. (TSX: MEQ) has reappointed Johnny Lam as CFO. Lam was the company's CFO until March 24, 2008, when he was named COO, a role in which he will continue. Cory Tamagi has resigned as CFO to join Circa Enterprises Inc. Mainstreet is a Calgary-based real estate corporation focused on mid-market apartment buildings in the West.

Ron Berg has joined Winalta Inc. as VP of corporate development, industrial division. Berg worked for Precision Drilling Trust for the past 25 years, most recently as senior VP. A manufacturer of accommodations, Winalta Inc. has two main divisions: Homes and industrial. Its corporate office is in Acheson, Alta.

Trafina Energy Ltd. (TSXV:TFA.A) has a new president and CEO. Kelly Ogle most recently served as president and CEO of Upper Lake Oil and Gas Ltd. He replaces Thomas Holland, who had served in an interim capacity since February 2008. Trafina is a junior oil and gas company based in Calgary.

Canadian Spirit is a natural resources company focusing on the unconventional gas sector. Its head office is in Calgary.

Exall Energy Corp. (TSX:EE) has appointed Scott Bonli as VP of finance and CFO. Prior to joining Exall, he was VP of finance and CFO at Endev Energy Inc. Bonli replaces Robert Edmunds, who is retiring but will continue to act as a consultant to Exall, a junior oil and gas company with head office in Calgary.
