Wellco Energy Services Trust has named Kenneth Bagan, formerly with Tesco Corp., as its new chief executive.
Bagan was most recently Tesco's senior vice-president for wellsite services.
Calgary-based Wellco (TSX:WLL.UN) provides drilling services, camps and wellsite accommodation, and environmental services to the oil and natural gas industry.
Niko Resources Ltd. said company president Robert Ohlson has died after suffering a stroke.
Edward Sampson, chief executive and chairman, will add the role of president to his duties, the company said.
Niko is a Calgary-based international gas producer with operations in India and Bangladesh.
Michael Makinson, vice-president of finance and chief financial officer for Milagro Energy Inc. of Calgary, will be leaving Milagro effective Dec. 15 to pursue other business opportunities.
He will also be resigning from the board of directors. Milagro (TSX:MIG) is an emerging company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas reserves in Western Canada.
Delphi Energy Corp. (TSX:DEE) has a new vice-president of finance and chief financial officer effective Dec. 1.
Brian Kohlhammer has more than 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. He previously served as VP of finance and CFO for Virtus Energy.
Delphi Energy is a Calgary-based company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas in Western Canada.
