Pat Breen has taken the helm of Calgary-based Foremont Industries (FMO.UN-TSX).
Breen is the first president of the fund since it was established as an income trust in December 2001. He will oversee all operational aspects of the company’s manufacturing units.
The fund holds Foremost Industries Inc.’s business operations of Universal Industries, based in Lloydminster and Stettler. Breen was the president of Universal since joining the company in 2000. Prior to that, he spent more than 20 years with Husky Energy, where he held various positions in production, operations, drilling and completions.
AGTI Consulting Services (West) has made several key appointments.
Michael Rannelli and Valerie Carson have joined the firm as senior consultants. Both will be based in Calgary.
Rannelli has worked with AGTI on a contract basis for the past year and has now joined the firm as a permanent, full-time consultant. He has more than 27 of years experience in business management and information technology specializing in management, contract negotiation and management, programming and business unit management.
Carson is a senior project manager and management consultant with more than 20 years experience in information technology.
