Robert Kraft has been named chief financial officer of Calgary-based Flowing Energy Corp. Kraft has more than 20 years of junior oil and gas experience, most recently as vice-president and CFO of Taurus Exploration.
Flowing (FLO-TSX) has also promoted Dale Orton to the post of engineering vice-president. He was previously Flowing’s manager of business development.
Alex Tworo is the new vice-president of exploration for Mystique Energy. Tworo brings 18 years of petroleum exploration experience in Western Canada, most recently as chief geologist for Olympic Energy Inc. prior to its sale to Provident Energy.

Tiina Moore is the new vice-president of sales for SMART Technologies, based in Calgary.
Previously, Moore was vice-president, sales and marketing, at ICOM Productions, an e-learning services company. She replaces John Deutsch, who is retiring after 12 years with the company.

Calgary-based Octane Energy Services Ltd. (OES-TSXV) has appointed Peter Kraus as vice-president of finance. Over the past 15 years, Kraus held senior accounting and finance positions in a number of companies, most recently at NEX Industries Ltd.
He replaces Brian Orgnero, who has resigned to join another oil and gas service company.
