Claude Resources Inc. has promoted Brian Skanderbeg to vice-president of exploration and Dwight Percy to VP of corporate development. Skanderbeg is a geologist who joined Claude Resources as exploration manager in April 2007. Percy joined the company in November as corporate development and communications manager after operating his own communications firm for the previous 12 years. Claude Resources is a gold mining and energy company based in Saskatoon. It trades as CRJ on the TSX and CGR on the Amex. Its principal asset is the 100-per-cent-owned Seabee gold mine.

* Athabasca Potash Inc. (TSX:API) has named Terry Walbaum, P.Eng., as its chief operating officer. Walbaum comes with 29 years of experience in engineering design, procurement, construction management and environmental management. Athabasca Potash is engaged in the exploration of potash projects in Saskatchewan. Its head office is in Saskatoon.

* TRLabs has appointed veteran technology executive Len Dacombe as director of Manitoba operations. He succeeds Jeff Rohne, who will remain at TRLabs as VP and corporate secretary. Dacombe is returning to TRLabs. From 1994 to 1999, he was director of data networking and was responsible for establishing TRLabs' Winnipeg facility. He has spent the last three years in senior consulting roles in the ICT sector. TRLabs fast-tracks innovation to market by working with its partners to accelerate technology commercialization.
