Janet Martin has been named president and CEO of Dexit, where she has been COO since June. She succeeds company founder Renah Persofsky.

Dexit (TSX:DXT) provides RFID payment tags accepted at retail outlets in and around downtown Toronto.

Commercial real estate firm Colliers International has promoted David Bowden to president of Canadian business operations. He has been with Colliers for 10 years.

The firm also appointed Scott Addison as senior VP and regional managing director of its three Toronto offices. Addison has been with Colliers for more than 14 years.

Seattle-based Colliers Macaulay Nicolls Inc., which operates as Colliers International, is a FirstService Corp. (TSX:FSV, Nasdaq:FSRV) company.

Aadco Automotive Inc. (TSXV:AA) says it is following up company restructuring with additions to its management team.

Bill Baynton, who has led eight companies as CEO or president, has been named COO while Nancy Ng has been promoted to VP of sales.

Ng joined Aadco in August, previously managing her own sales and marketing business as a consultant to a number of companies.

Aadco supplies recycled automotive parts to collision repair businesses, mechanical shops, other recyclers and consumers throughout the Greater Toronto Area. Its head office is in Brampton.

Public relations firm Hill & Knowlton Canada has appointed Laura Tupper as senior VP and national leader of its natural resources practice. She will work from Ottawa.

Prior to joining H&K, Tupper spent 10 years as senior VP and leader of the natural resources and environment practices for a national public relations agency.

Hill & Knowlton Canada's parent company, Hill & Knowlton Inc., is part of the WPP Group PLC.

Rockwater Capital Corp. (TSX:RCC) has appointed Gerald Throop to president of Blackmont Capital Inc., its wholly owned full-service investment dealer subsidiary. Throop was previously Blackmont's president of capital markets.

Bruce Kagan, executive VP and head of private clients for Blackmont, has been appointed executive VP and head of wealth management.

Energy Savings (TSX:SIF.UN), a marketer of long-term, fixed-price natural gas and electricity contracts, has made several senior management changes.

Ken Hartwick, the CFO since April 2004, becomes president, succeeding Paul DeVries, who will remain with the company through the summer to aid in the management transition.

Mary Meffe, who becomes CFO, has been VP of finance since the fund's start in 2001.

Strategic Energy Management Corp. says that Gordon Thompson has resigned as president and COO. John Driscoll, chairman and CEO, will act as president until a successor is appointed.

Strategic Energy Management Corp. serves as the manager of Strategic Energy Fund, a Canadian energy-sector investment trust.

John Van Schepen has been appointed president of Intercon Security Ltd. An executive of Intercon for four years, he was previously senior VP of finance and administration.

Intercon Security is part of FirstService Security (TSX:FSV.SV, Nasdaq:FSRV), which has its Canadian head office in Toronto.
