Jovian Capital Corp. (TSXV:JVN) says its wholly owned subsidiary MGI Securities Inc. has appointed Lewis Reford as president and chief executive officer.
He replaces Mark Arthur as CEO, allowing Arthur to devote his full time to Jovian. Reford has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. MGI is a management and holding company with interests in a variety of financial service firms. Its head office is in Winnipeg.
