Carmanah Technologies Corp (TSX:CMH), a global provider of solar power and lighting technologies, has appointed Philippe Favreau as COO, effective June 4. Favreau brings more than 20 years experience in operations, most recently with Kodak Graphics Communication Group.

Lake Shore Gold Corp. (TSX:LSG) has made two appointments.
Mario Miranda is the new CFO and David Beilhartz the new VP of exploration. Miranda was most recently director of financial reporting at Kinross Gold Corp. He is based in Toronto. Beilhartz has been working with Lake Shore and its
predecessor company Holmer Gold Mines Ltd. in a consulting capacity since 1997. He is based in Sudbury.
Lake Shore is a mineral exploration company active in Canada with its corporate offices in Vancouver.

Michael Sadhra has been hired as CFO for Lara Exploration Ltd. (TSXV:LRA) and Reservoir Capital Corp. (TSXV:REO), replacing Mark Gelmon, who has resigned the position.
From 1999 to 2006 Sadhra was employed at KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants.
Lara focuses on gold- and base-metal deposits, and holds exploration properties in Brazil and Peru. Reservoir is a
natural resource company focused on southeast Europe. Both companies share a corporate office in Vancouver.

Peter Chadwick has joined Tri-Gold Resources Corp. (TSXV:TAL) as VP of exploration. Since 2001, he has worked as a consulting and project geologist for several large miners.

Mark Reder, formerly senior VP and GM of Fleishman-Hillard Vancouver, has been named a partner in Fleishman-Hillard Canada (FHC).
FHC has promoted Jennifer Torney to VP and Stephanie Tan Bozic to associate VP in the Vancouver office. The two joined Fleishman-Hillard in 2006.
Fleishman-Hillard Canada is a communications and PR firm with offices in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.
