OMT Inc. (TSXV:OMT) says that Marieke Wijtkamp has resigned as president and COO to pursue new opportunities. Executive chairman Bill Baines becomes interim president and CEO, and Wijtkamp will continue until Nov. 1 to aid in the transition. Baines has led several technology and service organizations, both large and small, over his 28-year career. OMT Inc. is a digital media content and technology solution provider to radio broadcasters and retailers with two business units: Intertain Media, the digital entertainment division; and the OMT Technologies division. Its head office is in Winnipeg.

Bill Morrissey has been hired as the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce's new senior VP of membership and marketing. Morrissey's career in Winnipeg has included senior roles with Xerox and Standard Aero. He is a past-president of the Winnipeg Executives Association.
