United Uranium Corp. (TSXV:UUC), Star Uranium Corp. (TSXV:SUV) and Shane Resources Ltd. (TSXV:SEI) say that Eric Wray has resigned as their president and CEO for personal reasons. The corporations are focused on the acquisition and development of uranium, diamond and precious-metal properties. Their offices are in Saskatoon.

The Manitoba Rural Adaptation Council (MRAC) has hired Ted Eastley as executive director. Eastley comes to MRAC from Assiniboine Community College, where he was agriculture program co-ordinator in the school of agriculture and environment. MRAC is a private not-for-profit agency that provides funding for innovative and sustainable agricultural projects in Manitoba. It is headquartered in Winnipeg.
