JNR Resources Inc. (TSXV:JNN) has appointed Dave Billard as vice-president of exploration and Cathy Lashta as CFO and secretary of the company.

Golden Band Resources Inc. (TSXV:GBN) has hired Gary Haywood, P.Eng., as its VP of operations and COO. He replaces Rodney Orr, P.Geo., who becomes president and CEO. Haywood was most recently general manager of Cameco's McArthur River Mine. Golden Band is focused on its wholly owned La Ronge goldbelt properties. Its head office is in Saskatoon.
