Stephen Coffey has been named president of Quest Capital Corp. (TSX:QC, AMEX:QCC), which started operating as a mortgage investment corporation on Jan. 1. Coffey will also become CEO once Quest’s 2007 annual financial statements are certified and filed.
Most recently, Coffey served as the senior VP and CFO of Equitable Group Inc. and its subsidiary The Equitable Trust Company.
Murray Sinclair and Brian Bayley, the company’s previous president and CEO, respectively, are now its co-chairmen.
