WestJet Airlines (TSX:WJA) says Alexander (Sandy) Campbell, executive vice-president of finance and chief financial officer, is leaving the company as of June 15.
Campbell joined WestJet in May 1996, three months after the airline's first flights, as corporate controller before being appointed CFO in September 1997.
Campbell said it was time for him to make a change.
Calgary-based WestJet is a low-fare airline with a 33-city North American network.
Bryan Kelly has resigned as chief executive officer and a director of ElectroBusiness.com Inc. The company says it expects to appoint a new leadership team shortly.

Point North Energy Ltd. (TSX:PNY) has appointed Wayne Geddes as vice-president of land and business development.
Geddes brings more than 24 years of land, business and project management skills.
Point North is a northern-focused junior oil and gas exploration and development company based in Calgary, and is the successor company to Purcell Energy Ltd. after a corporate reorganization completed last November.
Cygam Energy Inc. (TSXV:CYG) has made two executive changes: Dario Sodero has been appointed president and CEO of Cygam. He was previously Cygam's executive VP.
Giuseppe Rigo has been appointed VP of international exploration for Cygam. He was also appointed president of Rigo Oil Co. Ltd. and Vega Oil S.p.A., Cygam's wholly owned subsidiaries. Rigo previously served as the VP of Vega.
Calgary-based Cygam is an exploration company with producing properties in Canada and a focus on the Mediterranean basin.
Esprit Energy Trust (TSX:EEE.UN) says chief executive officer and president Stephen Savidant intends to retire at the annual meeting on May 11 after four years with Esprit. He will not stand for re-election to the board of directors.
Paul Myers, currently executive VP and chief operating officer, has been named to the post effective that date. Myers has been involved in the oil and gas industry for two decades.
Esprit is a Calgary-based natural gas-weighted income trust.
Calgary-based International Health Partners Inc. (TSXV:IHP) has appointed Ameet Sharma as chief financial officer.
Sharma is also employed with Altima Dental Canada Inc. as financial controller.
IHP is a medical and dental practice-management company with a chain of facilities in Alberta.
Chayan Chakrabarty recently joined Sequoia Oil & Gas Trust (TSX:SQE.UN) as VP of business development. Brian Smart, formerly Sequoia's VP of business development and exploitation, will retain the position of VP of exploitation.
Most recently, Chakrabarty was co-founder and engineering manager of a junior international E&P company.
Sequoia's corporate headquarters are in Calgary.
Lorraine Campbell has resigned as chief financial officer of Avery Resources Inc. (TSXV: ARY) to pursue other work commitments. She will contract her accounting and advisory services to Avery to ensure a smooth transition period.
Avery is an international junior oil and gas exploration company based in Calgary.
Chris Shelton has joined Call Genie Inc. (TSXV: GNE) as its new CFO.
Shelton is a senior financial professional with 16 years of experience in financial management and operations.

Wi-LAN Inc. (TSX: WIN), which sells broadband wireless communications technology, said chief financial officer Keith Bittner has left the company. Succeeding him as acting CFO is Steve Bower, formerly CFO of SiGe Semiconductor of Ottawa.
