Viterra Inc. (TSX:VT) has named Stephen Yu as VP and managing director for Asia. Yu brings a background in the market development of grain and oilseeds, most recently as corporate VP and managing director for Asia Pacific at Archer Daniels Midland. He will work in Singapore. Viterra is an agribusiness with operations across Western Canada, in the U.S. and Japan. Its HQ is in Regina.

Cangene Corp. (TSX:CNJ) says that John McMillan is retiring as VP of commercial development. He will remain available to yearend as an adviser. Cangene is a biopharmaceutical company based in Winnipeg.

Exchange Industrial Income Fund (TSX:EIF.UN) says that Bill Wehrle will retire Sept. 1 as president of Perimeter Aviation. General manager Mark Wehrle will then become president. Bill Wehrle will remain a director of EIIF Management GP, and will also be a special adviser to EIIF on aviation operations. The fund was created to invest in well-established companies with strong cashflows operating in niche markets in Canada and/or the United States. Its head office is in Winnipeg.
